Disconnect to Connect - Young people and Art

An exciting new Art Project for 4 days in the summer holidays. An opportunity for young people to take a breather from cyber technology and create a wonderful sculpture with well known artist Billie Achilleos. No experience in art necessary to join this lively young group, just a passion to be a part of something bigger than themselves. The group will decide together on what they want to make and how they want to do it and Billie will work with them to create something stunning. Added to this is the fact that Future Living will be installing the finished sculpture in its gardens at Vale House in September as a permanent testament to the work of these young people.

Generously funded by East Herts Council and a local County Councillor, the project is free to access and lunch will be provided. We are delighted also that the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, Sarah Beazley, will be joing us on one of the days for lunch and to see the work in progress.

We still hae places available and you can register by completing the form under the heading D2C on our website.

We look forward to meeting you all!
