Ex-High Sheriff, Suzy Harvey, making Scrubs for the NHS

Fabric face-masks

A wonderful effort by Suzy Harvey and a team of keen seamstresses who took it upon themselves to receive donations of unwanted materials from the public, friends, colleagues and businesses and turn them into scrubs, made with love, for our amazing NHS.

Suzy took up the call for help after seeing another group doing similar things and set about recruiting others who could sew and people who could donate materials.

She has ended up with some lovely creations in a variety of fabrics, all are washable and come with their own laundry bag!

I think the group deserves a public thank you for all of their hard work, love and care and for supporting the frontline NHS workers in their time of need.
