I look forward to leading Future Living in its mission to empower survivors, raise awareness, and create lasting change in our communities.”

Emma has led Future Living as CEO for the past 18 months, driving forward its mission to support survivors of domestic abuse. During this time, she has seen first-hand the life-changing impact of the charity’s work and remains focused on expanding its reach and strengthening the support offered to those who need it most. Passionate about empowering survivors and creating lasting change, Emma is committed to raising awareness and ensuring every individual has the opportunity to rebuild their life safely and with dignity.

An accomplished fundraiser with over a decade of experience in the charitable sector, Emma previously served in the Metropolitan Police. Her roles included frontline work as a Crime Scene Examiner, strategic crime analysis, and leading the Specialist Crime Prevention Unit—bringing a unique blend of operational and strategic expertise to her leadership.

She lives in Hertfordshire with her family and is a keen (although not fast!) runner in her spare time.
