Family, Housing and Law Clinic

Our support services

We provide a Law Clinic

Our Law Clinic works in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire Law School and Simpson Millar Solicitors to offer survivors access to initial legal information and guidance from senior students and Family Law practitioners in a safe, supportive setting.

Launched in response to women in The Monica programme and their concerns for the welfare of their children where domestic abuse had been present in the household, this free-to-access service gives clients the opportunity to gain much needed legal advice surrounding their lives.

The service provides general, initial advice only and does not guarantee ongoing representation or legal outcomes. Advice is offered independently by our partners, and Future Living Hertford cannot be held responsible for the content of the advice given or for any decisions made as a result.
"I am so very grateful for the range of life changing services you have been able to offer me free of charge."
