Individual Counselling for All

Our Support Services

We offer a range of professional, trauma-informed counselling approaches so support can be tailored to each individual. Our counsellors work using person-centred, psychodynamic, integrative and humanistic models, as well as a pluralistic approach which may include CBT and psychodynamic therapy. This allows us to respond flexibly to your needs, experiences and goals.

Sessions are available face to face, by telephone or via Zoom.

How Counselling Works

  • Talking it Through – Your counsellor will listen without judgment, giving you the space to explore what’s on your mind at your own pace.
  • Understanding Your Feelings – Together, you’ll work to understand why you feel the way you do and identify patterns or triggers.
  • Building Coping Strategies – Your counsellor will help you develop practical tools and techniques to manage difficult emotions and situations.
  • Empowering You – The goal of counselling is to help you feel more in control of your life and better equipped to handle future challenges.
