Victoria was brought up in Ware and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She specialised in private client law, and worked for a number of years in Bath and Bristol before moving to Wales with her family. There she learned Welsh and became a Welsh language tutor for adults.

After her marriage ended, Victoria moved home to Hertfordshire. Attending the Monica Programme at Future Living Hertford played a significant role in enabling her to move on to a happier life. Since then, she has worked as a Senior Solicitor at Longmores solicitors in Hertford, where she has been delighted to be able to serve the community in which she grew up.

In 2024 she was privileged to be able to offer her assistance as a Trustee of Future Living Hertford, where she aims to sustain and support the services which have helped her and many others in Hertfordshire.
